After working in various roles in the financial services industry, Thomas Mikolasko assisted in the launch of HCB Ventures LLC, helping to raising more than $2.5 million for this Colorado-based water rights startup project.

Mr. Mikolasko was integral in the development of the business plan and working with agricultural entities in an effort to expand the size of the acquisition by 300 percent. He developed a structured investment documentation plan that outlined market opportunity, risk factors, and adjudication processes.

Mr. Mikolasko’s expertise includes supervising the development and expansion of startups, as well as commercial acquisitions and portfolios for specialized firms. He has also advised executive leadership of financial firms with up to $100 million in assets under management. He has been involved in leading complex direct initiatives related to operational expansions, fund development, and firm-wide technology implementation. He has experience with due diligence procedures, operations optimization, regulatory compliance, system implementation, contract negotiations, stakeholder relations, budgetary oversight, financial analysis, strategic planning, and revenue growth.
